Welcome To Your
Cancer Support Group !

We are always in the process of updating this site to continue bringing fellow Rotarians the latest cancer treatment information

Mission Statement

To provide up-to-date cancer treatment information for Rotarians and others along with a discussion forum to help those with cancer gain the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions about their treatment options. In furtherance of our mission we will actively promote cancer screening, participation in clinical trials, cord blood banking, improved cancer care, and cancer research throughout the world.

What’s New? Latest Break-through cancer information or article. We’ll feature 2-3 new abstracts each couple of weeks from Reuters Abstract Service, Pub MED, U of Pennsylvania abstract service, Lancet, New England Journal of Medicine, and others. (see current features on the website).

Cancer Vaccines

Cancer vaccines are intended either to treat existing cancers (therapeutic vaccines) or to prevent the development of cancer (prophylactic vaccines). Both types of vaccines have the potential to reduce the burden of cancer. (more)

Prostate Cancer Update

These debates have created confusion in the minds of people with prostate cancer. Obviously if there are this many solutions to the problem, the issues remain unresolved.

The issue of prostate cancer is multifaceted, involving speculations, illusions, differing experiences, rigid dogmas, as well as new horizons. (more)
